Planning Fee Policy
The consultation and planning fee will be applied toward your final booking once your group confirms and deposits are received.
If a trip is not booked, the planning fee is considered a professional service fee for time, research, consultation, and itinerary development and is non-refundable.
Minimum group size requirements may apply depending on the type of experience requested.
